MonoGrout PUF 1K is Single pack low viscosity Polyurethane foam Grouting. It is a Hydrophilic waterstops that can be applied for the concrete underground structure where leakage occurs quite often, Inserted polyurethane resin reacts with water and forms Open Cell Foam rapidly. By reacting with water, this foam becomes high elastic such like rubber and also becomes high adhesive foam at time passes. Especially, it's reactivity with water is outstanding therefore it is very effective to apply on a spot where there is liquidity caused by contraction, expansion, vibration or underground structure with lots of water.

MonoGrout PUF 2K is two part liquid a MDI ( Methylene Diphenyl isocyanate) Polyurethane prepolymer & Accelerator base a two part liquid polyurethane foam grouting., when mixed in the proportions supplied it reacts rapidly with water producing a relatively stiff & inert polyurethane foam. It will displace and stop flowing water, forming a tough flexible foam, firmly bonded to the concrete surface. MonoGrout PUF2K will used for quick temporary closing & sealing of water bearing cracks, cavities and leaks under hydrostatic pressure of concrete surfaces.
